We
are proud to offer a lifetime warranty of craftsmanship
and hardware we use in
the construction of our packs and products.
Craftsmanship includes our sewing and riveting. Hardware includes all
zippers, buckles, d-rings, snaps, and other metal parts utilized on our bags.
If anytime in the life of your Duluth Pack product you have problems in these
areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the
product cannot be repaired due to a defect in craftsmanship or faulty hardware,
we will be happy to replace the item. Damages not covered under warranty
can be repaired at a minimal cost.
Your
Duluth Pack item is designed to provide you with
many years of use. Duluth Pack is not responsible
for common wear or misuse of your product. Normal
fabric or leather wear, or misuse is not covered
by warranty.

Out
of Stock Merchandise
Although we always do our best to keep everything in stock, due to
the uniqueness of our products and the individual craftsmanship that goes
into them, situations do arise where an item is temporarily out of stock.
Our products are generally made by one or two individuals who do not have
an overseas factory to fall back on. We will ship the product as
soon as the item become available.

Return Policy
Duluth
Pack will accept returns up to 90 days from product
purchase. The item being returned must be in new
condition without wear. We will credit your charge
account or provide a cash refund (for items under
$150) upon presentation of your sales receipt. A
refund by check for items over $150 will be mailed
out within 10 business days.
For
your protection, please insure the package for
its full value. C.O.D.'s are not accepted.
