This recipe from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.food.com\/recipe\/glazed-grilled-salmon-95266\">Food.com<\/a>&nbsp;is spectacular!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>3<\/strong>tablespoons packed&nbsp;brown sugar<\/li><li><strong>4<\/strong>teaspoons&nbsp;dijon&nbsp;mustard<\/li><li><strong>1<\/strong>tablespoon&nbsp;&nbsp;soy sauce<\/li><li><strong>1<\/strong>teaspoon&nbsp;rice vinegar<\/li><li><strong>2<\/strong>(7 ounce)&nbsp;&nbsp;salmon steak&nbsp;(about \u00be inch thick)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Prepare bbq (medium-high heat).<\/li><li>Combine brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in medium bowl; whisk to blend.<\/li><li>Transfer 1 tbsp glaze to small bowl; mix in rice vinegar and set aside.<\/li><li>Brush 1 side of salmon steaks generously with half of glaze in medium bowl.<\/li><li>Place salmon steaks, glazed side down, onto bbq.<\/li><li>Grill until glaze is slightly charred, about 4 minutes.<\/li><li>Brush top side of salmon steaks with remaining glaze in medium bowl.<\/li><li>Turn salmon over and grill until second side is slightly charred and salmon is just opaque in center, about 5 minutes longer.<\/li><li>Transfer salmon to plates.<\/li><li>Drizzle reserved glaze to small bowl over salmon and serve.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Grilling Tip:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;We recommend amplifying the BBQ flavors even more by taking them over the edge with a squeeze of citrus \u2013 preferably a mandarin orange slice.
