We took our immensely popular Rambler Pack and scaled it down. In the process we created a super functional day pack with European flair. A roomy, top-loading compartment cinches shut with a drawcord. Topflap secures with two leather straps and roller buckles. Side pockets are spacious enough for a quart water bottle. Need easy access to your binoculars, point-and-shoot camera, wallet, keys, sunscreen or bug dope? Simply unbuckle the handy front pocket. (All this stuff actually fits in the front pocket!) Web shoulder straps.

New for 2012: Mossy Oak® New Break-Up® camouflage canvas!

Made in USA.

This pack was featured in the NBC show Love in the Wild.

I've had my Wanderer pack for about 10yrs,its the first thing I throw in the car or canoe when traveling. More than once I've had someone offer to buy it from me, usually canoe outfitters so I guess I'll never starve. I expect this to be handed down in years to come like a fine rifle. I've had this pack for 2 years now, and it's been on my back an awful lot. It is extremely durable, and performs admirably in all tasks. It also brings in a bunch of compliments. For a little extra personal comfort, I sent it back and had them add the padded leather straps, the sternum strap, and the grab handle. The customer service was outstanding. I can't recommend this pack enough! (Posted on 3/7/2015)

This pack, oh, where do i begin... This pack is great, definitely worth the money. I took it across seas for the summer during a 3 week class and an additional 3 1/2 weeks afterwards for some country-hopping. It not only got me through a very interesting trip over (main flight got delayed and took 3 connected flights to get there) as my main suitcase but also as a trusted backpack for school back in the states.

This pack can do many things, from hauling 31/2 weeks worth of clothes and toiletries to 50 lbs of textbooks and school binders. It is very durable in any kind of weather, rain, snow, or sun (had it in -40 degrees last winter and over 90 this past summer) but also almost anything you can pack in. I would recommend to anyone, there is nothing I can say that would be bad about it. It can survive international travel, it can survive college. (Posted on 2/26/2015)

I have had this pack for over 5 years....it has been back and forth across the country, east to west and north to south. This is my luggage getting there and my back pack while I'm there. Holds everything I need, has never given me a problem, and is durable....durable....durable. (Posted on 1/2/2015)

like love it would buy another . I got my 1st pack about 7/4/2012. after a recommendation by friends and reconfirmed of its worth seeing the likes of the such used from the Path finder school. I have more or less used it every day to date being I do not drive and walk every where I go. I put a trash can in mine to help fill out the pack. to make it easier to haul things or to protect the Canvas as like when hauling fire wood and up to 4 gal milk jugs with water or to stable the load when I use it to pack home my grocery's and even use it to go on camping hiking trips. {Nothing} yet to date of the hardware has failed to date. One of things I have liked and reason I bought this type was because where other types when the fabric failed and needed to be fixed it was not as easily done as this type .I have my self patched holes using leather and bank line . I am just now starting to see the Canvas on the bottom at the seams start to brake down and start to tear and that is my fault for not waxing it more. one thing I like about this type of pack v/s other types is for the very reason it can be fixed as like I have done when I need if out on long and or short fishing , camping and on hiking trips. Review by Robert J. Hughes for Rating: I have a couple of these in dfeefrint sizes. They fit on the same frame so you only need one, if you want one at all. I like a frame because it keeps the bag off of my back and I am much cooler when I hike which is big here in Florida. The quality of the bag is excellent with plenty of easy to get at compartments. I would highly recommend it. (Posted on 7/16/2014)

Okay, I bought this for my husband years and years ago. He has taken this bag on many assignments and we have the photos to prove it. There's one photo of him standing in Thailand with tanks behind him during the coup. It has gone to ,probably Mongolia, Bangladesh ( he got all the easy assignments. ha ha. ) Hawaii( okay, that one actually was easy) and all over the U.S. He was once asked in an airport,"Is that a Duluth Pack?" Maybe that means we're in some unofficial club. My husband pretty much can destroy anything just by accident. This pack of his continues to look really good and is holding up great. Thanks . Oh yeh, the reason I'm on this web site is because I want to get a travel pack for myself. I had one , but a family member adopted it( not much chance they'll just give it back )Have a blessed day (Posted on 7/13/2014)

I am a full time grad student, part time explorer and this bag is just what I needed. The fabric is thick and durable. I have checked it numerous times over the last two years and not one stitch, not one strap, not one rivet was out of place. Awesome product I highly recommend it. (Posted on 12/19/2013)
