- Product Review (submitted on August 26, 2011):
- I bought this bag over 5 years ago and use it continuously, it is my portable office. I love it dearly. It holds more than you'd expect, and things don't get shuffled around. When parts wear out, you can get them repaired/replaced (under the craftsmanship guarantee) without getting rid of the whole bag, and since it's made of natural materials, the parts you do discard are either benign (recyclable) metals or biodegradable cotton fibers. Whoever designed this bag must've been a fastidious traveler to know what to include: there's ample capacity in the main compartment, smartly designed pockets for loose items, and the exterior pockets are tremendously useful. Admittedly, the buckles do get snagged when you drag the bag around tight places, but to me that's a part of its vintage charm. Just look at the bag! It's practically an icon of the culture and history of Lake Superior. When you travel far away, you just have to look at it and good memories of Duluth will come flooding back. If someone could make this in backpack form I'd do cartwheels. I love Duluth Pack.
