Giveaway Description and Period

The “Win a Dream Vacation to Alaska” (the "Giveaway") is one of chance. By entering, you will have a chance to win a 7-day all-inclusive stay for two at Bear Cove Retreat in Homer, Alaska worth up to $8,690; travel vouchers worth $1400; and Duluth Pack "Weekender Duffel" + "Woodsman's Pack" worth up to $650.00. The Giveaway is sponsored by BKH Investments Duluth Tent and Awning dba Duluth Pack (referred to as "Duluth Pack"), Bear Cove Retreat LLC (referred to as “BCR”), and Otto Kilcher (referred to as "OK”). The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on Monday, Jan 12th, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Mar 31st, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). You may enter the Giveaway only once. The Giveaway winner will be chosen by Monday, Apr 3rd, 2026.

The Prize
a) The Giveaway has only one (1) prize which will be awarded to one (1) winner (the "prize"). No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of the Prize will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Duluth Pack and BCR. The prizes are not available for returns or exchanges at Duluth Pack, BCR or OK.
b) The prize winner must be 18 years of age or older. Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK may require, as a condition to awarding the prizes, that you sign a liability and release (similar to Section 7.b) and/or 9, below) agreeing to release Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives from all losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes.
c) The prizes are expressly limited to the items listed above and does not include taxes or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

Eligibility
a) To be eligible to enter, you must be: (1) a legal U.S. resident, (2) at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry, and (3) the age of majority in the state in which you reside as of the date of entry. You must also comply with these official Giveaway rules ("Official Rules").
b) Employees of Duluth Pack and BCR or any entity involved in the production or promotion of the Giveaway, and members of such employees' immediate family, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is otherwise open to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria and complies with these Official Rules, including employees of any supplier of the prize and employees of any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK if such parent, subsidiary, or affiliate is not involved in the production or promotion of the Giveaway.
c) To enter the Giveaway, you must have a valid email account and valid phone number, which Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK can use to contact you.
d) Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Giveaway (whether electronically or otherwise) and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be automatically disqualified, ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

e) Testimonial Submission Entry (Free): Participants may earn one additional entry by submitting original testimonial content: 1. Written Testimonial - submit a short, written testimonial related to Duluth Pack, Bear Cove Retreat, Otto Kilcher, or outdoor adventure/lifestyle themes; 2. Photo Testimonial - submit an original photograph featuring a Sponsor product, experience, or outdoor adventure theme. 3.Video Testimonial - submit a short original video testimonial (30–90 seconds recommended). All testimonial submissions must be original, lawful, and owned by the entrant.
f) Participants may enter a maximum of 10 times, regardless of entry method. Automated, robotic, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
g) Mailing List. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive email offers in the future for various Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK products, promotions, and events. You may opt-out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK emails.
h) SMS Text List. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing text offers in the future for various Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK marketing, products, and/or promotions. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text.
i) By entering, you agree to be bound by the results of the Giveaway, to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK and those working for Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK or on behalf of Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged submissions, or for Internet, computer hardware or software, phone, and/or any other technical errors, malfunctions, or delays. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the Giveaway, these Official Rules or in the announcement of the grand prize or the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification
a) Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK will randomly select one winner from the eligible entries. Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK will also randomly select a runner-up, who will not be notified or announced (and whose identity will remain confidential) unless the original winner forfeits or is unable to accept the prizes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
b) On or about Apr 3rd, 2026, the winner will be notified by email that they are the winner. We will use the email address provided to us at the time of registration to notify the winner. A winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prizes if: (1) a winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or (2) a notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, (3) a winner rejects the prizes, (4) the winner fails to provide us with the required documentation within the applicable time period, or (5) Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK determines, in its sole discretion, that the winner has not complied with any of the Official Rules. If any of these happen, the randomly selected runner up will be notified and announced as the winner and will be awarded the prize. If the prize is forfeited, no other compensation will be given.

Use of Your Giveaway-related Personal Information
a) Any information you provide to us when you enter the Giveaway is being provided only to Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK. a) At the sole discretion of Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK the randomly selected, winning entry may be used as part of any informational, marketing, promotional, public relations or media campaign by Duluth Pack, BCR, and OK indefinitely, whether broadcast on television, online, social media, or otherwise. No compensation will be provided to winner or any other entrant in the event an entry is selected for broadcast. Issues of Law
a) Taxes. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE AWARDING OF THE PRIZES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
b) Governing Law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations are applicable.
