Everything went really well. I did try to return the item due to a color mixup. Turns out it was on sale and non refundable. My error as it was probably clearly marked, I just missed it.

Great bag! I ordered 4 of them for my husband and 3 sons for Christmas. Nice that I could select a different color for each so that when we travel together there is no confusion. These bags are built amazingly well. Durable, functional, roomy and subtly showcasing our fave city on the logo, too. Can't get any better than this for a men's kit bag!
